Kelpie Celtic

A kelpie or water horse (each Uisge in Gaelic) is a fantastic creature belonging to the Celtic mythology. These creatures would be spiritual beings, who according to legend would live in lakes, as would water spirits. The kelpies will appear before humans usually taking the form of horse, but can also take human form and there are versions in which it is represented as a type of hippocampus.

Eminently evil character, this being usually appearing in the vicinity of the Scottish lakes.
